Our Future Plan
Lift Them Up Foundation (LITU)
Building a Brighter Future Through Education
Lift Them Up Foundation (LITU) is committed to expanding its impact by investing in long-term, sustainable solutions for education and community development. Our future plan focuses on purchasing land and building a pre-primary and primary school in Nasholi Village, Kikatiti – Arusha, Tanzania.
Background
Since its registration in 2021, LITU has been supporting vulnerable children through its daycare center, which provides early childhood education and care for children aged 2–6 years.
Currently:
We support 52 children
We operate in a rented space with only 2 small classrooms
The demand for education exceeds our current capacity
This limitation has inspired us to take the next step—creating a permanent and larger learning environment.
Goal
To empower 370 vulnerable children, 15 youth, and 15 women in Nasholi village through access to education, skills training, and sustainable farming practices.
Why We Want to Build a School
We aim to build a school to expand access to quality education for children in Nasholi village, where many families cannot afford school costs.
Our vision is to establish a full educational center offering:
Kindergarten (1, 2, 3)
Primary education (Standard 1–7)
Full daycare services
The school will accommodate up to 370 children aged 2–13 years, giving vulnerable children the opportunity to receive a stable, quality, and continuous education.
In addition, the school will integrate organic gardening education, teaching children sustainable farming practices that promote environmental care, food production, and self-reliance.
How You Can Support
This vision can only become a reality through partnership and support.
By supporting this project, you will help:
Build a school for vulnerable children
Provide access to quality education
Empower women and youth with life-changing skills
Strengthen an entire community
